My name is Chelsea 

You’re doing everything “right” but still feel exhausted, bloated, anxious and disconnected from your body. I’ve been there.


After leaving a high-stress career in finance and healing my chronic gut issues, pain and lack of hormones, I now help tired, inflamed women stop guessing and start healing — using gut testing, mineral balance, and simple structure.​
